A message may be kept while a broken-link report, correction, support question, or other request is evaluated and for a reasonable period afterward to preserve the outcome or prevent repeated abuse.
Newsletter addresses
A newsletter address is stored while the request is active. The current system does not apply an automatic expiration period. Use the contact form to withdraw the request or ask for deletion; DriverHub US may verify that the requester controls the address before changing the record.
